Our magnificently restored 1800’s fieldstone-and-timber event barn can accommodate up to 150 guests with elegant dinner seating and spaces for dance floor, bar and buffet. Multi-tiered patios cascade around the Grand Staircase, inviting guests to mingle and enjoy the vistas. Sprawling tree-shaded lawns, canopies of outdoor string lights, and acres of manicured gardens and grounds offer a picture-perfect setting like no other.

Wedding Amenities
Privacy and Exclusivity
We host Saturday weddings only (just one wedding per weekend). You and your invited guests have exclusive use of the property on your day -- up to 12 hours of venue enjoyment (4 hour set up, 7 hour event time, 1 hour breakdown, ending by 11:00 pm).
Authentic 1889 Wedding Barn
Exquisitely restored in 2016, the spacious barn features stunning chandeliers, original hand-hewn timbers, a canopy of star-like twinkle lights overhead, and pristine natural wood throughout. Elegant indoor dinner seating for 150 guests with easy flow to and from the dinner buffet, cocktail bar, and dance floor. Open-air windows offer amazing views of the countryside. ADA accessible. Heating and fan-cooling options available.
The Dooryard Ceremony Site
Spacious and intimate in the same moment, the dooryard is nestled among the farmstead’s historic fieldstone buildings for a truly romantic setting. Music reverberates evocatively here as late afternoon sun sets stone walls softly aglow. Beneath an overarching crown of maples, the bride treads a grassy aisle to the cedar arbor where her love awaits.

Kingsheart Farm’s award-winning landscaped areas include a grand stone staircase to the barn, cascading multi-tier garden patios, and European style formal gardens with statuary, fountain, espalier trees, and gorgeous pastoral views. Sprawling tree-shaded lawns and rustic fieldstone buildings around the farmstead provide a tranquil and unforgettable place for your guests to wander, discover, and photograph.

For pre-ceremony* get-ready and relaxation, the bride and bridesmaids enjoy the elegant air-conditioned farmhouse, including kitchen, living room, and spacious 3-room dressing suite with full marble bath and LED-lighted make-up vanities to comfortably accommodate even the largest bridal party!
Groomsmen’s Quarters - Spacious and Private!
The guys get pampered at Kingsheart Farm, too! Deluxe get-ready accommodations await them in the stables - 900 square feet of air-conditioned comfort, appointed with whiskey barrel pub tables, high-end leather furniture, private dressing room and secure lockers in fabulous rustic decor.

Venue rental includes use of pristine white chairs for outdoor ceremonies, round and rectangular dining and buffet tables, numerous antique furniture pieces for guest book, gifts, and dessert displays in the barn, as well as softly cushioned fruitwood Chiavari chairs for an elegant yet comfortable reception and dining experience.

Steal away from the dancing for a romantic stroll under a canopy of twinkling stars -and canopies of romantic string lights everywhere. Graceful strands of cafe lights glow warmly over the patios and illuminate your path around the grounds - an enchanting ambiance for romantic memories.
Fire Pit and Outdoor Entertainment
Enjoy a romantic fire on the mid-level patio at the Reception Barn. Gas-fueled stone firepit means no smoke, no smell - just cozy ambiance and great conversations! Includes comfy Adirondack chairs and a fireside table (upon request) for your s'mores set-up or other treats/snacks. During cocktail hour, lawn game favorites including cornhole, giant jenga, and giant connect four will get the party started!
Easy Shuttle Bus Access Plus On-Site Parking for 75 Cars
Just steps away from the wedding barn yet out of sight of your guests, the west paddock provides a convenient spot for your guests to arrive and depart via hotel or private shuttle, plus parking for up to 75 cars. A parking attendant welcomes and directs your guests; quaint street lamps assure safe return when the evening winds down.
Luxurious Restroom Facilities
Spacious, high-end, luxury restroom trailer with air-conditioning, porcelain fixtures, mirrors, running water, paper toweling, and mirrors are provided for the comfort of your guests. An separate ADA accessible unit is also provided.
Attentive Service On the Day
Owners Terese and Steve are on-site to provide initial set-up of tables, chairs, and optional furnishings, provide electrical to vendors as needed, manage the fire pit, and ensure on-going facility tidiness and refuse removal throughout the day and evening.
